To cancel a trial subscription to a loose-leaf publication, simply follow the procedures outlined on the back of your shipping invoice. Please return the publication via traceable means such as United Parcel Service (UPS).
If a shipping invoice is not available, return the publication to the following address:

You may also call Customer Service at 800-677-3789 to cancel your subscription and you will be asked to promptly return the book. If you have prepaid for the book, please note that a refund will only be issued if the publication is returned within the 30-day trial period.
