Pension Plan Fix-It Handbook

Pension Plan Fix-It Handbook | Pension, IRS, Tax Relief Look Inside

The economy has forced employers to take a close look at how to effectively manage their pension plans in a turbulent environment, and how to comply with existing federal laws like ERISA, particularly regarding electronic distribution of plan documents and notices. With Pension Plan Fix-It Handbook, you can:

    • Find — then fix — specific mistakes before the IRS or DOL find them
    • Prevent errors from reoccurring and ensure no contributions are disqualified
    • Use the handbook as a “self-audit” tool to spot problems and prevent mistakes
    • Call the editor with unanswered questions — a special resource for subscribers
