Below are links to Excel files of the U.S. Department of Education's Title I school district allocations for school year 2002-03. A complete national table is posted, as well as state-by-state breakouts of district amounts.

Readers are cautioned that, in most cases, final district allocations will be less than these amounts.

State educational agencies (SEAs) must deduct mandated state administrative and school improvement costs. Also, several states have permission to pool allocations for districts under 20,000 population and suballocate the funds according to federally approved poverty data of their own choosing. SEAs will communicate the definitive amounts to their districts at a later date.
