FAQs
Q: How many people from my company can obtain CPE credits?
A: Everyone who actively attends the audio conference, registers at the Obtain CPE Credits website, and correctly completes the survey (including answering the color question correctly) may obtain CPE credits for the audio conference.

Q: What if I forget the color question answer or I was not present during that part of the audio conference, can I still get credit?
A: No. Unfortunately, we cannot grant credit to those who do not answer the color question correctly in the survey. This is our only method of verifying that you were an active participant for the ENTIRE audio conference.

Q: Until which date can I obtain CPE credits for an audio conference I attended?
A: You must register for CPE credits and complete the survey within 2 weeks of attending the audio conference.

Q: Can I obtain CPE credits from a CD recording of the audio conference?
A: No. We do not grant CPE credits for listening to a CD recording of the audio conference. Attendees must attend live audio conferences in order for us to grant CPE credits

Q: How many CPE credits can I get from the audio conference?
A: A 90-minute audio conference qualifies for 1.5 CPE credits. On some occasions Thompson Interactive will offer longer audio conferences, and these may qualify for more credits.

Q: How long will the CPE certificate be available on my account once I have completed my survey?
A: You must complete the survey and print out your CPE certificate within the 2 week period following the audio conference.
